We encourage you to fill out the online library card application below. Start using our digital library and online resources within one business day and pick up your physical card next time you stop in the library. You can also register for a library card in person at the Check Out Desk.

Fill Out Your Application Online...

Library Card Application Form

It is easy to sign-up for a library card online! Residents of Rolling Meadows are eligible for a Rolling Meadows Library card. A staff member will verify your eligibility and email your card number and PIN so you can begin using your card online.

Please allow one business day for response time. A valid email address is required. A responsible adult's name is required for processing library cards for youth patrons.
