Jazz Spectrum has created a Veteran’s Day tribute concert you won’t want to miss. Find out how the military affected our musical tastes, and how our music affected the military, from the Civil War to Vietnam. This show includes some special sing-along tunes, too. The vocal quartet is backed by a swinging rhythm section and horn players. They are extremely entertaining and enthusiastic and their natural talent shines through the vocal harmonies and amazing arrangements. They have been compared to The Manhattan Transfer. The group’s trademark has been ballads with rich harmonies, foot stompin’ doo wop and ‘good-time” rock n’ roll, all now with a military connection.
