Rolling Meadows Library
Rolling Meadows Library's fiscal year is from January 1 to December 31. The FY2025 operating budget is $5,370,397. Funding sources include property and personal property replacement taxes, the State Per Capita Grant, fines and fees, investments, charges and donations. The Library Board of Trustees, which meets at 7:00 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month at the Library, are appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the City Council External Link, and oversee the Library's budget, policies and procedures. The Library's Board of Trustee members and terms can be found on our Library Board page.
If a meeting is rescheduled, notice is posted as required by the Illinois Open Meetings Act. Board and management team members serve on the following committees: Bylaws, Development, Finance, Heritage, Personnel, and Planning Committee. Meeting dates, agendas, and minutes are posted in the Library and on the library website on our Library Board page.

Rolling Meadows Library's total compensation package includes: salary, employer-paid health and dental insurance premiums, IMRF employer contributions, vacation and sick days which will be earned in that year.
