The Library Board of Trustees, which meets at 7:00 p.m. on the first Tuesday of each month at the Library, are appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the City Council, and oversee the Library's budget, policies and procedures. If rescheduled, notice is posted as required by the Illinois Open Meetings Act. Board and management team members serve on the following committees: Bylaws, Development, Nominating (Development Subcommittee), Finance, Heritage, Personnel, and the Planning Committee. Rolling Meadows Library
Pursuant to Illinois Public Act 97-0609 we are making details available for staff whose total compensation exceeds $75,000 per year. Rolling Meadows Library is included in the compensation Report of the City of Rolling Meadows. Total Compensation Report - FY 2022 Budget.
A list of all employees whose total compensation package exceeds $150,000 is available in the library's Administration Office. Rolling Meadows Library's “total compensation package” includes: salary, employer-paid health insurance premiums, housing allowance, vacation and sick days which will be earned in that year.
The Administration Office is located on the Upper Level of the Rolling Meadows Library, Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
