Business Library Card

Eligibility & Details

  • Businesses and nonprofits located in the city of Rolling Meadows are eligible for a free Rolling Meadows business library card. 
  • Business owner or authorized user must fill out the application.
  • The owner or authorized user agrees to be financially responsible for all materials checked out on the card.
  • One library card per business.
  • Business cards expire in 1 year.

Identification

Any person applying for a library card must provide two forms of identification.

  • A document showing proof of responsibility or ownership, such as a business card (must include the applicant’s name, title, and business address), a tax bill, lease agreement, or utility bill reflecting the name of the business.
  • A photo ID.

Business Card Renewal

Renew your business card annually in person at the Check Out Desk. Please bring your library card and photo id.
