Our building is ADA-compliant. We always strive to make the library a welcoming place for people of all abilities. The library offers many free services and devices for individuals and groups with disabilities.


Assistive Technology

Program Accessibility

ADA Accommodation Request

Rolling Meadows Library seeks to provide reasonable accommodations for physical access, communications, or other needs to ensure that services, activities, and programs are available to individuals with disabilities.

Illinois Talking Book and Braille Service (TBBS):

The Illinois State Library TBBS External Link provides a free digital audio player and a variety of spoken materials to anyone unable to read standard print material due to a visual or physical disability. Braille materials and Descriptive Video Service films with audio narration are also available.

All materials are sent postage-free through the U.S. Postal Service. Contact the Home Delivery Coordinator at homedelivery@rmlib.org or (847)259-6050 X117 for help determining eligibility and signing up.
